We’re based in Walton, KY & currently serve most of Northern Kentucky, including: Walton, Union, Florence, Burlington, Erlanger, Hebron, Independence, parts of Covington & Newport.
If you think you might be outside of our current service area, please still feel free to reach out! We’re happy to check for you. We’re also keeping a list for future updates as we expand into areas like Cincinnati, so let us know if you'd like to be notified.

For most visits, payment is made online through your ReliaCare account using our secure booking system (powered by Stripe). Stripe allows you to pay with any major debit or credit card.
If you’re booking directly with us via text, email, or other direct communication, we also accept Cash App, PayPal, & Venmo. You can find our Cash App link on our LinkTree for easy access. https://linktr.ee/MyReliaCare

Payment is due the evening before your first scheduled visit. This applies to all standard bookings, specialty bookings, & smaller packages.
If you're booking a monthly package or any package with 15 or more visits & would prefer not to pay the full amount upfront, you're welcome to reach out & book directly with us instead of through the online portal. In those cases, weekly payments can be arranged, due at the start of each week you have visits scheduled.
Every standard visit includes travel to your home, desired walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, medication (if needed), litter box or cage cleaning, & basic cleanup of pet messes or food areas. We'll also complete any requested house sitting tasks like watering plants or bringing in mail.
We offer dog boarding in our home on a limited basis, with priority given to regular clients. Your dog(s) must be comfortable around small dogs & cats, as they will be staying in a cozy home environment alongside our own pets. Overnight stays in your home are not currently offered, but this service will be added in the future as the business expands. If you’re interested in boarding or want to be notified when in-home overnights become available, just reach out!
Absolutely! You can book most standard services online for multiple pets. If you have any trouble adding more than one pet to your booking, just contact us directly and we’ll help you get scheduled.
Please reach out to us if you’d like to book a bath for more than one dog at the same time.
Yes, you can request a specific time! Since we’re a small team caring for multiple pets each day, our standard booking allows you to select a 2-hour arrival window that works best for you. If you need us to arrive at a specific time within that window, just let us know anytime during the booking process & we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes! We offer complimentary, 15-minute meet & greets locally for new clients- It's a great way for us to connect & make sure your pet is comfortable before the first visit. Check out our booking page to schedule.
We have experience caring for pets with a variety of needs, including puppies, senior dogs, disabled pets, & those who require daily medication or a bit of extra patience. We aim to provide thoughtful, attentive care tailored to each pet’s unique personality & routine.
That said, we are not veterinary professionals, & we always prioritize safety for both your pet & our pet companions. We are not able to work with pets who display aggressive behavior that may put our team at risk. If you’re unsure whether your pet is a good fit, we’re happy to discuss it with you before booking.
Sometimes! We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, especially for regular clients. However, as a very small business, we may not always have the flexibility to adjust our schedule on short notice.
To help us serve you best, please try to schedule visits at least 12 hours in advance.
Our online system will not allow bookings within 12 hours of the visit time, so contact us directly if you're needing last minute accommodations. Requests that require changes to our planned schedule may incur a small fee.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are free of charge.
You are allowed up to 2 last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) without a fee.
After 2 last-minute cancellations, any further last-minute cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee.
No-shows, such as being unable to access the home due to lack of client response, will not be refunded.
If we need to cancel due to illness or emergency, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund or credit.
Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, & Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visits outside of these hours may be available depending on our schedule & will incur a $5 after-hours fee.
A 15% holiday surcharge applies to visits on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & New Year’s Eve.
These visits can be requested through our online scheduling portal but are accepted on a limited basis.
Yes! We offer standard & custom packages to help you save on regular visits.

We’ll access your home using the method that’s easiest & most secure for you. Many clients choose a lockbox, which can be purchased directly from our Linktree under the 'Shop' tab. Others prefer a hidden key or a door code. Just let us know what works best!
Yes! We love keeping you informed. After every visit, you’ll get a summary & at least 1 photo. For longer visits, we can provide updates throughout the visit. If you prefer not to receive updates, you can opt out anytime.
Visible cameras in common areas are totally fine. For safety & privacy, hidden or undisclosed cameras in private areas (like bathrooms) are not allowed.
If your pet needs urgent care, we will contact you immediately. If we’re unable to reach you & believe your pet’s health is at risk, we will take them to your preferred veterinarian if they are open. If urgent care is needed outside of regular Veterinarian business hours, we will take your pet to MedVet in Cincinnati, which is our 24/7 emergency partner. We’ll make every reasonable effort to keep you updated throughout the process.
The pet parent is responsible for all veterinary costs, including emergency fees, diagnostics & treatments unless the emergency was a direct result of our proven negligence. We are not financially responsible for any injury, illness, or pre-existing condition that arises or worsens during our care, nor for outcomes related to age, breed-specific risks, or unforeseen medical events.
By using our services, you agree to reimburse any veterinary expenses we may cover on your behalf and release us from liability for medical outcomes outside of our control.
Yes, we are insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
